 What is Light Way Schools?

Light Way Schools is a 501 (c) 3 social profit organization founded in 2006. The mission of Light Way Schools is to co-create a world-wide network of consciousness-based learning environments which fully support our children in reaching their unlimited potential within a self-sustaining community built on trust, joy, harmony, love and peace.  

We aim to bring true choice in education to people of all income levels through a community-based, contributive approach to education. 

Our current mission in action is E.P.I.C: Empowered Parents, Inspiring Children, which assists in alternative homeschooling. E.P.I.C. is a 3-month virtual course that provides expert resources, coaching, and support for families, educators, and communities in designing holistic, child-centered, and democratic homeschool programs.


E.P.I.C. is seeding our expansion into a global network of holistic learning environments supported by an online social hub of resource-sharing, learning materials, educational products, and support, with access for all. This network will connect learning environments and all of those who feel that the true purpose of education is to provide a holistic experience that allows children to develop their passions, live inspired lives, and reach their full potential. 


As Light Way Schools expands, an entire network will emerge of families, educators, schools, and communities sharing resources, services, and ideas online and in person. This network will support the shift to education that fosters conscious, passionate global citizens.

The Buzz About E.P.I.C. 


E.P.I.C. is a virtual program providing expert resources, LIVE coaching, in-depth documents, personal training, and support for parents, educators, and community members who need help creating alternative, democratic homeschooling environments. Participants can engage with this 3-month course from anywhere in the world. 

Fears, money, and knowledge are the three biggest barriers parents face when choosing alternative, democratic education for their children. E.P.I.C. will empower you to overcome all of these barriers and provide a learning environment that will optimize childrens' ability to educate themselves while also experiencing the joy of childhood.
